Automating the tedious, critical work

I'm a developer and junior system administrator in Burlington, Vermont, working with an internet service provider on Tier 2 helpdesk and sysadmin duties. I started in Tier 1 support at Skyrunner Internet and automated my own job with n8n.

I also run Weboira Designs, a web design agency for local businesses, and build web apps that solve real operational problems — like 811 utility locate workflows for ISPs. The through-line: find the tedious, critical work nobody wants to do and build software that does it.
